Mcdonald's Restaurants - Preston

Order two great meal times over eat. They have the big Mac foods. even when it came cold. they remembered the big fryed and big drink, but decided not to enter my mcplant burger there. great meal, the chips and. koks! ranked up to them say they forget the burger, lad on phone apologizes a lot to be fair, but also it's okay they forget my burger cos it happened a lot and the manager had a word with the staff! he even went on to tell me to just order another mcplant and they will be stuck in some mcflurry. why should I order another if their employees specifically do not have the vegan burger in? I have never seen in my life that missing foods are not replaced by the restaurant. had to wait half an hour to cook my own burger. No matter what the rest of the food is that has actually arrived stone cold. if your personal aim is not to spend vegan food, they need more than one word they feel terrible, as the search for food as a vegan hard enough is constantly discriminated and I was really excited to finally have a food option to mcdonalds.

The breakfast and a fresh, how can sausage and a mcmuffin really was very nice. early morning was so spotless. fair brand and about what I normally give almost food joints, done so well.

Customer service is very bad and the personal is so rude that it happens to me for the second time. I tried to speak of the journey thru, but they laugh, and they do not answer when I counter to pick up they are so rude with. I especially went to the night with my manager he also suffered with the same condition the next time.

Went here for a spot of lunch it was good and quick service but the cashier could have looked more interested and talkative whilst taking my order.
