Costa Coffee - Preston

The restaurant was not clean, with chairs full of crumbs and dirty tables. The floor was also dirty, and the restroom had a strong odor of stale urine with tissues on the floor. There were only two staff members working, and they could have been cleaning instead of standing around. It seems like the mess was not just from today, as even the welcome mat was filthy. I will not be returning, and I'm just glad I only had coffee.

I went to this restaurant on Mother's Day with my mother and 2 children. You can't go wrong with a Costa coffee. I had a latte and a Victoria sponge cupcake.

The service was quick and efficient, but the restaurant could benefit from more frequent cleaning. The staff were friendly and hospitable.

Looked forward to a coffee after lockdown but oh dear Costa, you need to improve your practices. Tables not cleared, no in between customer cleaning of tables or chairs, crumbs and food debris on floor and toilet grubby. Unfortunately, as much as we love our Costa coffee, we did not feel safe in these times.

I popped in here to meet some people for a catch up. There is plenty of parking. Great value, as it was eat out to help out. We could not have more than 4 people sat together, so we had to split our group up slightly.
