Papa John's Pizza - Prescott Valley

We love her! We live in Dewey and they are the NUR people who deliver us! We always had an excellent service with the suppliers! Never had a problem with online order! Always appear before the sent time! And pizza is ALWAYS delicious!

The dinner was about 30 minutes too late, but they gave me the free pizza they seem to have messed up so they can't complain about it. eat pretty good cake.

Only wow! my child loves mcdonald and I refuse to take her there for the terrible customer service. I didn't know it could get worse, but papa john 's, blow them out of the water! I called papa john's last night for a quick meal. sarah, the manager answered the phone. she was incredibly rude when she answered the phone. I asked what the delivery fee was and that was clearly an inconvenience on which she had to pick up the phone. she got my name, address, card number, and then she asked for my order. After she told her my order, she asked if I wanted something else. I asked how long it would take for the delivery, and she told me an hour or more and I told her that she wouldn't place the order as it would be too long until my child waits. no big thing, right? my bank told me that papa john has charged my card for what? a conversation with someone who was rude for 5 minutes? I called them back to tell them about the appeal and kevin answered. he assured me that my money will be refunded in the morning. No refunds yet. my son called tonight to ask about the appeal because I drove. the man who answered, said you can and then hang on him. So we went to papa john 's. I wanted to talk to sarah and she said I had to fight the accusation with my bank. they said they wouldn't pay back my money because they didn't do it! I asked why they were in habit to load the cards of men who buy nothing from them! they couldn't give me any direct answer. so kevin lied to me about my money back and sarah obviously accused my card before confirming my order. they have failed and instead of apologising, while we were there, that was getting worse and worse. in any case my fault to give my card number before I order my order, but I didn't know that papa john's was great in. terrible customer service. I have not been there in five years or better and I will never go back, buy yes I will call my bank and the owner! I'd be incredibly embarrassed if I were the owner.

Try to order online, but not able to due to website problems. called the store, but the employee refused to honour the promo code, said I can only use it online.... that was?t working. Who trained these guys? Bad customer service makes your competition more successful than yourself.

I was sad when they closed down, now that they are back open yay! Hands down 5 stars. Awesome service, pizza was hot and delicious! I am so happy you are open again!
