Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We loved this place it was our go to comfort eat out spot as a family..... UNTIL...... this day. Our food tasted as if it sat in a warmer ALL DAY. Service was horrible. She attempted to charged me for a family size side and still gave me the bill not paying attention to what the bill actually looked like. (I've served MANY of years in the food industry, you always want to make sure your customers bill is correct before print out and delivery. And we weren't the only table who had complaints about the horrible food that day. Couldn't even call it mediocre. Will not go back and I recommend trying somewhere else or a different time of day. We went between 5:00pm to 6:30pm or so.

Great service and great food. I enhanced my pancakes, they were better than any I've ever tasted. My son had the shrimp and made sure he told the staff how good it was. He's only 9, but he's a foodie with excellent taste.

The food was okay but it depends on what you order. I had the steak and it was cooked perfectly to order. My sister ordered chicken and dumplings and it looked like it had been made hours earlier. The presentation of the food on her plate looked like there was zero effort to make it look appetizing. My other sister ordered a BLT sandwich and it was difficult for her to eat the way it was prepared on her plate. The rest of my family had no complaints. Our waitress was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure our drinks were refilled quickly. In summary I would recommend ordering something that's made to order such as the steak. That's the only item on the menu that I think is worth trying. Other than that it is hit or miss with the food.

Great tasting food, reasonable prices, excellent antique atmosphere. Wonderful place to shop, dine and recover from a busy life.

Ok we love Cracker barrel have eaten all over Arizona.. To day Prescott Valley for breakfast.. Wifes breakfast eggs and bacon
