Bidra med feedbackWe were seated in their back tented ‘Snow Globe’ -decorated very nicely for the holidays. The granddaughters loved it! Only issue was we were the first to be back there for dinner and they didn’t turn on heater until we sat down so it was a bit chilly. We had charred Brussels for appetizer and short rib meal which was very good. Granddaughters had burgers from kid menu and enjoyed it. Was kind of shocked to see they charged us $1.50 for a side of ranch the granddaughters requested. Service was great-was concerned initially they might forget about us in the back but they were on it and food came out quickly!
I have zero complaints about the Barley Hound. The food was incredible and the warm cocktail options were delicious. I went at the end of December, so it was cold. The seating outside was still available with heaters. As for inside, you’ll need a reservation. It is a quaint, well-loved, home-turned-restaurant and is a must visit if you’re in Prescott. They do have a couple kid options for food, as well!
Our first time at this restaurant. Loved the ambiance sitting outside. Our meals were delicious. Portion size was generous. The only improvement would have been in the dessert. We ordered two bread puddings for the table pudding was burned and very dry. It was supposed to have Carmel sauce which was missing. Our server brought us 1 small serving after we let her know. We will definitely eat here again but will never order dessert.
Food was great. Service was top notch. Comfortable converted bungalow and nice patio. Well done
What a terrific spot! The bartender did a great job making paper planes, the food was delish and Jessie, Holly and one other server were attentive, accommodating (Holly brought blankets in case we were chilly outside) and friendly. We ate outside enjoying the lovely evening and the fantastic ambiance of the restaurant. Definitely going back and definitely recommending to everyone!
