I love going to Starbucks for my favorite coffees Peppermint Mocha Pumpkin Spice when its available every season

Wonderful customer service. Love pumpkin muffins. Bought a beautiful Christmas coffee cup. Great job on remodel.

If you have time to wait 30 mins for a drink then it's great. The barista is very slow and shows no urgency with a line of people

Since the renovation and restaffing this Starbucks is better than it was. So far the coffee is consistent with other Starbucks. My only complaint is that I asked for a kids hot apple cider (steamed apple juice for my innocent child) and no other Starbucks has a problem with that, it was a diff baristas suggestion, but this person looked at me like I kicked her cat! NO-FI-STAHS-FO-U! ONLY FO!

I had the worst customer service experience at Starbucks today, March 7th, around 9 AM. The two ladies working there were not friendly at all. Usually, Starbucks is known for having excellent customer service.
