Bidra med feedbackThe female barista with glasses and brown hair is rude, unhelpful, and unaccommodating. For instance, there was a young gentleman giving his order to this particular employee. She asked him how he would like to pay, and he did not hear her the first time, so he asked, Sorry? Her response was to raise her voice disproportionately loudly and repeat herself, HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO PAY? This brought the attention of other fellow baristas and customers. She is a known problem, as I have heard similar instances of disrespect about her from other students. She should not be working with customers. She should be tasked with a job that does not encumber her with the burden of human interaction; she clearly lacks the necessary people skills to interact with people on a daily basis.Otherwise, Scholar 's Cafe is pretty good.
Hot coffee was like warm. They seemed too disinterested to ask for a hot cup. I just left.
The large female worker shows rude behaviour consistently.
IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES MAKE IT ABUNDANTLY CLEAR EACH AND EVERY TIME.Staff is kind and upbeat. But, being a coffee shop *selling* Starbucks instead of being a full Starbucks does have it's cost.I got extremely sick from what seems to be a sugar-free syrup substitution (it tasted very odd). I am very laid back, but food/drink substitutions without warning can be very bad for me. I had a really bad reaction to whatever it was in my drink.I accept most responsibility because I should always be checking that they won't sub different syrups or something, but it was annoying that they never mentioned they were put of regular syrup (my friend ahead of me decided against getting coffee for this reason, which I only discovered when I brought up the odd taste of my hot chocolate). But it would be nice if they mentioned that fact when I ordered a few minutes later. So 4/5.
You can use your meal plan to get Starbuck's Coffee!
