The best cake I had in my life, and I'm surrounded!

Good service of the employees present. However, it is abundantly clear that the Rustic Pie Company has gone with this new owner. Lack of available menu and among staff probably because the staff is underpaid lead to a more retail coffee shop experience.

Coffee was weak and expensive and cinnamon roll was teig. ugh! will not be ever again. first they were good. All right.

Used to be 5 stars. Under new management? Because it's definitely not as good as it used to be. Every time I go in now you get something different. Onetime my sandwich and pasta salad was stuffed in a bag the size of a Subway sandwich bag. All scrunched up and bag tearing. I know it's a little thing but the sandwiches are not cheap. Pies used to be wonderful with a full assortment. Not so much now. I hope since business is picking up again it gets better.
