My favorite Mexican place in prescott. I always get the triple combo with 1 burrito and 2 enchiladas. Massive servings and very tasty.
It's an ok Mexican sit down restaurant with traditional dishes. They also have a small American menu section with grilled cheese and hamburger.
Food was really good. Service was ok. Price for the food was a bit expensive. Our dish had a lot of veggies with the meat on top to make it look like it has a lot of meat.
I had been wanting to try Guacamaya for a while now, and I finally had the chance to tonight. I was not disappointed! Their queso with chips is a must-order, it's really great. The salsa they serve with it isn't spicy, but adds a nice flavor. For my main course, I had the chicken fajitas, which were delicious and very satisfying. The portion size was small for one person (as indicated on the menu), but I still had leftovers to take home. I really enjoyed the food and even had three glasses of their heavenly drink. The guacamole was fresh and didn't have a strong taste like some older guacamole does. The service was also excellent. Overall, I had a great experience at Guacamaya's!
