This is a fantastic and authentic Japanese restaurant. Begin your meal with the miso soup and a cup of their hot tea. From there, you have several options: you can choose some entrees, sushi, or even both. The sushi is an excellent choice for dinner, but be cautious with the spice level! Some rolls are spicy while others are milder, but they’re all delicious!

I absolutely love Fujiyamas! I visit so often with my family that they actually ask, "The usual?" The service is consistently quick and friendly, which adds to the great experience. The food is always fantastic. They serve soup and cucumbers as appetizers right away, and both are incredibly tasty. My favorite dish is the combo with teriyaki chicken and vegetable tempura—it's delicious! I wholeheartedly recommend Fujiyamas!

This has been my family's go-to spot for special occasions since 1996—birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations. The food is always fresh and fantastic. We've never been disappointed!

I used to visit this restaurant quite regularly, up to four times a week when I lived in Prescott. I really miss their food. Now that I live abroad where sushi isn’t well-known, I appreciate it even more. The husband personally makes the sushi, while the wife handles the service alongside some help. This restaurant is genuinely owned and operated by a Japanese couple, and you can truly taste the authenticity in their dishes. I went there for five consecutive years and they became like family to me. The sashimi plate is exceptional, as is the rest of the menu. It's simply great food!
