Chico Hot Springs Resort Day - Pray

We come here every year around Thanksgiving for a few days to enjoy the hot springs, relax at the day spa (I recommend the morning sun citrus scrub w/massage), and play in the snow. We live in Bozeman and have visited Chico over the last 20 years. This time around there was little availability and we had to stay in a rustic cabin. I get the whole Chico theme is “rustic” but please consider replacing your mattresses. I can rough it in a cabin but your mattresses are so old and terribly uncomfortable and rickety. It wouldn’t cost that much to replace these. My back hurt badly in the morning and we barely slept. Also- we found a mouse trap in the room so that was a little disturbing too. When you go visit a hotel on vacation a peaceful sleep without pain on a comfortable mattress is a must!
