We stayed at dinner in this farm without thinking that we would make an unforgettable journey in the flavors of Sardinia, welcomed by the great hospitality of the family of the mario and accompanied step by step to discover places and traditions. many and abundant courses: endless appetizer based on meat of great quality (prosciutto, lard, smoked slice, salami, etc.) typical cheese of the area, stuffed eggs (barolate,) grilled vegetables of their cultivation, all accompanied by carasau bread; like the first hand-made lasagnetta seasoned with Sardinian sausage sauce, a portion more than generous but incredibly light and digestible. as the second was the pig, and it is impossible to say how good it was, accompanied by potatoes that I would eat until it exploded. then two excellent fruit trays and typical Sardinian desserts. Finally the seadas and two types of myrtle and we who are two good Tuscan forks, trained eaters who do not fear indigestion we had to surrender to a similar parade of excellence. the sasha service was impeccable and the very honest account. Nice farmhouse. we had dinner and it was all very good. Bring abundant, good cheeses and spaghetti homemade perfect. Amazing steak! sweets deserve too. the very kind managers after a fantastic dinner allowed us to sleep with the camper in the recommended parking lot . if you are in the area you deserve so much
