Ginos Kinepolis - Pozuelo de Alarcón

Watch out for this restaurant. They steal your money. We had ordered for 6 people using the offer with 2x1 and asked this to the waitress, who confirmed the offer of 2x1. After paying we asked if they had put the discount, but the waiter said that they had forgotten to put the discount, but now it was too late, because I had paid. We ended up having a long and uncomfortable discussion with the restaurant. And in the end they did not want to reimburse the extra money I had paid (40 euro). I normally visit Gino’s every time I am in Spain, but now I will never come back after this extremely bad experience. Stay away from this restaurant!

The food is great. It is real italian cuisine in Spain. The place is a little pricy because in the end is is a fancy pizzeria, but the quality of the food is great.

La comida y el ambiente muy bueno, pero la atención de lujo , siempre bien atendidos por la camarera FELI .Volveremos como siempre.

Gino’s se ha renovado recientemente y con mucho acierto. Los platos nuevos son bastante buenos, en especial a nosotros nos gusta la pasta con pera y la pizza vulcano carnívora. En este restaurante en concreto siempre nos atienden bien, rápidos y atentos. En alguna ocasión de indecisión nos han aconsejado y ayudado a conocer platos nuevos. Recomiendo reservar porque suele estar bastante lleno.

Siempre que voy la atencion que recibo es excelente, y el trato es muy cercano y agradable. Lo recomiendo 100
