Tiffin Indian - Powys

I reserved a table at this restaurant on a Saturday evening, but found the service to be very slow. Despite booking at 6:30pm, I suspect the chef didn't start cooking until 8pm. Only poppadoms were served on our table, and there were no signs of other dishes being prepared for other diners. I enjoyed the food, but the slow service has put me off from returning.

Beautifull food first time to go there and defiantly won't be the last service was amazing friendly staff and the best Indian we ever tasted defiantly put them on top for the best.

Returned after a long time. Chutneys and pompadoms fine also the samosas. However the main of house fish special, roti and tarka Dal were presented on cold plates, tepid food is not pleassnt

Although the external appearance could be improved to look more inviting, once inside, wearing masks as requested, the restaurant is air conditioned and playing what we perceived to be traditional Indian music, but quietly. The service was excellent and made for a thoroughly enjoyable evening. I asked for an off menu dish and without hesitation they said they could do it for me and it turned out to be one of the best versions of the I had ever had. Even though the restaurant became quite busy, the level of service was maintained. They offer a take away service as well as restaurant facilities. We would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

During our stay in the area, we were recommended Tiffin restaurant. We decided to order takeout and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was! The dishes were not only flavorful but also piping hot, even after we brought it back to our accommodation. The portion sizes were very generous and I particularly enjoyed the lentil and potato dish. I have had many Indian meals before, but this was definitely one of the best. A big thank you to the staff at Tiffin for a wonderful dining experience.
