Clubhouse At Builth Wells Golf Club

The restaurant has recently changed ownership, with new management in place. They offer a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, and main dishes such as Belly of Pork, Gammon Egg and Chips, Chicken Curry, Rump Steak, and Ham Egg and Chips. The setting is fantastic, with the option to dine indoors or outdoors. I particularly enjoyed the double-fried chips, which were excellent. The prices were also very reasonable.

Absolutely delighted to take our family group out on Father's Day with four Dads in our group and all ages, the carvery was the perfect choice, superb quality and all was very delicious. Personable friendly service, attentive but not intrusive ! First Class BWGC. We'll be back

A group of 48 members from Newton W.I. had lunch at The Hall at Abbey Cwm Hir and were warmly welcomed by the staff. Despite the wet weather outside, the Christmas decorations and festive table settings created a cozy atmosphere. The carvery option offered a choice of pork, beef, and turkey with all the trimmings, and the meal was delicious and well-served. The desserts, including apple pie, roulade, and lemon cheesecake, were also greatly enjoyed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the visit. Overall, the experience was expertly managed and reasonably priced, and the group highly recommends the establishment for its wonderful food and exemplary service. They look forward to returning in the future.
