Chipotle Mexican Grill - Powell

I got a bowl at lunch with steak and chicken and didn't realize until I got halfway back to work that I was charged $18. When I talked to the cashier, he told me that's what they charge for a steak/chicken bowl ?? I have never paid that at any other Chipotle. The most I paid was probably $11 to $12. I explained to him that they were not charging me for extra meat but a whole bowl in addition. Smh..That was pointless. ?

I love local; and I also like a Chipotle burrito on days that are not going well. Both of these statements can be true. The crew here are super nice. I witnessed a total jerk lose their mind at .50 for a burrito shell with their burrito bowl after adding extra rice and kind trying to big dog the staff.This is not fighting a jerk subcontractor over bad construction. It is a burrito with easy to understand prices with humans helping you get a meal. I hope the other dude was having a bad day and finds some relief. But the staff handled it with emotional control above their ages.My burrito was exactly as I remember. I washed away my bad day one bite at a time in the car.

It's a good Chipotle. No issues, always staffed well, staff are nice.

Co-Worker orders a salad, we go pick it up and bring it back to office, no dressing, even though dressing was requested. He drove all the way back because he assumed it was a simple error of forgetting to put the dressing in. However, no, they did not have dressing, why would someone want the salad without dressing. No offer of refund or to make it correct. They only said sorry about your luck. F this Chipotle and their terrible customer service.

Great service today. We where there at 11am on Saturday.
