Wildwood Public House - Powell River

Went on Monday sign said "Closed for staff event, open 3pm tommorow "Went on Tuesday at 3:15, not open though lights and music were on, staff member came out, asked if they were open "In about 30 minutes "Came back at 5 and the doors were still locked.Don 't trust that they will be open. Won 't be trying again.

Friendly wait staff, live music, great selection, fish and chips were great!

Another cool place we stopped by on our visit to Powell River to visit our Daughter after spending part of day in Lund

Wow wow wow went to the Celtic night last night amazing. Service great, food great and music wonderful. loved the enthusiasm of all those that danced the night . This place never fails to keep my toes tapping.

We checked out Wildwood on a Saturday. Place is very big with lots of tables and a great view of the pizza oven. They have live music and a great selection of food. A lot of options for all dietary restrictions and the first place that offers wood fire pizza. I ordered the Garden Greens (Fresh Greens, Fresh Vegetables, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, Garlic Toast, Choice of Ranch or Oil Balsamic) with spicy tofu. Huge and packed with tons of veg! The tofu is so delicious! The pizza was ok. Not enough cheese but their ranch sauce and chili oil was a nice touch!! Disappointed with their dessert! We ordered the turtle cheesecake and they didn't have certain toppings (whipped cream and chocolate) so it was dry AF. Prices are good as well as service. Would love to try their other food options!
