Kozy Smokey - Powell River

I have tried Kozy Smokey's donairs a couple of times and have been well pleased with the food. The atmosphere is pleasant with a picnic table under an awning in front of the food truck and the owner/operator is very pleasant, friendly and gives good service. You can choose from lamb, beef or pork. Whichever you choose, it is GOOD! Try out the Kozy Smokey. You will be glad you did.

When I have a hankering for a Lamb falafel or smokey on a bun, I know exactly where to go.....Kozy Smokey, is the only food truck in Powell River, located right on Marine Avenue, next to Vital First Aid training. The lamb donair/falafel is a favorite, chalk full of goodies and a meal in itself. To wash it down, some homemade kombucha was a delightful treat. The menu is limited to a half dozen or so specials.....and they are all special.

If I could, I would give this restaurant no stars. After experiencing long waits at two other restaurants, we decided to give this place a try.

I was disappointed with the quality of the nacho platter that we received at our table tonight.
