Fruits Roots Juice - Powell River

Located next to the open-air ecossentials local market, this restaurant offers a variety of juices, smoothies, soups, bowls, sandwiches, and coffee. They also have some vegan and vegetarian options available. I particularly enjoyed the Fiesta Duo sandwich, which featured two handmade black bean and yam patties coated in corn tortilla chips with a zesty cilantro-avocado dressing, served on top of jicama slaw. It was incredibly flavorful and delicious.
