Starbucks - Poway

Had multiple orders, which the barista did it promptly.

I go to order a half cold brew, half hot coffee . I don 't like hot or cold coffee, so it 's the perfect temp. Every other location I 've been to in multiple states understands the order. This place says they can 't ring it up. They can 't ring up a basic order of coffee. With all of the crazy custom drinks people order, you can ring up half hot coffee half cold brew? GTFO, you just don 't want to make my drink.

Just wanted to put a 5 star review associated with Naomi. She’s really nice whenever I see her and goes the extra mile to be helpful.

Nice staff. Normal Starbucks food drinks. There is a drive-thru.

Worst service ever the lady with pink hair is next level rude. I'm shocked by her customer service or the lack of it. She was rude to me, other customer before me and even her coworkers. She bragged about working at Starbucks for ages but I'm honestly not sure how she's made it this long with such horrible attitude.
