Bidra med feedbackNot bad. Convenient, 24 hours. I have a carne next to Burrito, which was quite large for under $10. I wasn't blown away from the quality of food. It's just another taco shop. Good, come back
Everyone who has lived in Poway for a while knows ol' Brick-bertos here has moved up and down since Taco Bell moved away from the location decades ago. Whoever runs the house knows what they do. They have a good group of people who sound delicious dishes that only nail the world-famous San Diego Taco shop flavor. I present these places on their Californian burrito and Oscars nails with impeccable consistency and quality. They give you a lower-armed Burrito without Phantasiefrills, simply meat, frits, pico, cheese as it should be. The Carne Asada is consistently well-flamed and delicate without girbel. I honestly believe they are right up there with those like San Diego favorites like Lolitas or El Azteca. I eat too much here, no doubt. But that only speaks with consistency. I think most of these places have a court or two that are great, while the rest of the menu is somehow blazing, but that is definitely not the case with Oscar's. I jumped the whole menu and found something I wouldn't order again. The staff is also super friendly, I'm pretty easy to please in this regard, but they go up a step. I know I wouldn't be so friendly while I tried to shake orders from a hot kitchen during this glowing summer days.
The food was good. A little expensive of what I'm paying for Oscar's, but overall. The food was good. Cash was positive and polite.
Workers are very friendly. The food was pretty good. Also quite expensive. I had the beans and rice cows. The beef was soft and juicy and the sides were also good. You also have a ride through!
Fast, delicious. Carne asada reminded me a little bit of corned beef- flavor and texture. Rolled tacos are on point. Salsa, I give a C minus.
