Horrible customer service and you can tell it is due to the poor example from management. We pre-ordered for our business at 8:30 in the morning for a 12:30 delivery. At 12:30 it’s still did not even show as prepped. When I called, the person who answered the phone said well order times are not delivery times and I said well I ordered it at 8:30 in the morning to be delivered at 12:30 PM and I have confirmation. He literally said, well I can’t make it go any faster, they just put it in the oven. At that point I asked to speak to a manager because this person could not give me an estimated delivery time. When the manager got on the phone she lied to me and said that Pizza was out for delivery but then when I told her the other person told me it was just in the oven she said I see it now being taken out of the oven and we have to cut it. We had a huge order ahead of you, so it’s not our fault. The whole experience was ridiculous and unnecessary. It sounds like a new staff is necessary.

Burned my pizza. Ive never seen BLACK green bell peppers in my life.

Worst customer service ever!! I work for Domino's Pizza years ago and I know for a fact there are stickers that go on the boxes and there is proof of receipt even though you pay cash for purposes to be used in your future. The manager was rude to my roommate and it doesn't matter who was at mistake I'm not saying the customers always right. I've been in customer service off and on for years but when we ask for a receipt and say you only get a receipt when you have a coupon is complete bullshit Something shady like, maybe the manager put money into his or her pocket we even tipped the driver very well some shady **** going on at this location we will never order again, and I know a lot of Domino's Pizza owners that are really good friends of mine. Such a shame that we have to call you out to corporate tomorrow, I'm not gonna waste my energy but my roommate is

First time I ordered from this location, they brought the wrong pizza literally opposite of my order) sent the correct one but took way too long. Cashed in on the complimentary pizza tonight and my driver forgot my sauces had to drive back. I opened the salad and more than half of it was bad-I'm afraid how old the chicken is! The medium pizza was free but the wilted old salad was a waste of money. : 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the staff was kind but quality and attentiveness to order detail is terrible. Likely won't order from here again.
