Ajmer is famous for its chaat this place is best for every chaat lover... If you are coming to ajmer then this place should be in your list.. We tried Lots of dishes here in our some of last visits Like Kadi kachori Pyaaj kachori Khamman Lassii Aaloo tikki Pakodi chaat Everything was yumm
If you travel to ajmer, remember to have this Rajasthani delicacy at Shankar Chaat house, Kadi Kachori
During my visit, I tried kadhi kachori, kadhi samosa, dahi papdi, aloo tikki, and moong dal halwa. I personally enjoyed the kadhi kachori the most. The dahi papdi had a unique flavor with papdi, high-quality curd, dhokla, pomegranate seeds, green chili with chutney, and masala. The kadhi samosa was similar to the kadhi kachori, but I preferred the kachori. The aloo tikki was different from what I was used to in Delhi, but it was delicious served with sweet chutney. The moong dal halwa was not too sweet and rich in desi ghee, a delightful treat. In terms of pricing, I cannot recall the exact amounts, but I ordered everything in rounds. The prices were reasonable and not overpriced. The ambiance is a simple chaat corner with no seating available, so it's best to visit empty-handed. Alternatively, you can try and sit in front of the shops across from Shankar Chaat if the shopkeeper allows. Overall, I loved the food at such affordable rates. That's all!
True Kadhi kachori wala of Ajmer. One cannot just forget the taste of this kachori... Loved it . Taste 5/5 Hygiene : 4/5 Worth your money.
