A Blue Star - Pouskar

An Israeli restaurant near the Madpackers/Zostel hostels. I had a hummus plate with falafel and chips and salad which was lovely. The lady in there is really, really nice and food arrives quite quickly. She also bakes fresh cookies every day which are delicious. Fresh juices and lassi's are good aswell. I went back the following day for the 'malawach' pizza - tasted amazing!! Its a flaky kind of pizza dough which is really moreish, you just want more and more. Reasonably priced and has good wifi. It's a chilled out place playing good music where you can sit and talk to other travellers - recommended.

The food here was fresh and quite spectacular. A good break from the spicy Indian food. The bread is made fresh in the wood fired oven. Service yeah yeah. looks like the location on the map here is a little bit off, the real location is closer to the triangular intersection I.e. towards the main part of town

During my stay in Pushkar I visted "A blue star" twice because I liked it so much at the first time. I had dinner and then breakfast there and the Israelian food they serve is excellent, the place relaxing and the people very nice. Best restaurant so far on my India trip!

This restaurant serves delicious Israeli cuisine that is made very authentically by the lady. I recently had lunch there and left feeling very full. The food was of high quality and the drinks were great as well. Don't forget to try their delicious cookies displayed on the counter!
