Crabtree Kitchen - Poulsbo

I enjoyed the restaurant, thought it was really nice inside. You can see the cooking line and everything is open. The bar is separated from the dining room. Divided a 26 ounce Porterhouse Potatoes and Broccoli. The food I'd say was a 7/10. Our waitress was beautiful and beautiful on the stuff. Also the restaurant is upstairs, not by high spirits.

I can't imagine how we? ve missed on this little gem so close at home. We ate there for the first time and really enjoyed it. The menu was excellent with a variety of interesting dishes. Everything was well prepared. We immediately sat with a reservation. Our waiter was excellent. The restaurant felt spacious and modern. The best thing is that there was no bubble music that drives the volume of conversation so loud that nobody could talk anymore. We could talk to the rest of our dinner party at our table. We will definitely revisit this restaurant and recommend it to others.

We had the jam roast and pork plates. Both meats were dry, but had a good taste. The saccotash with the pig plate was delicious! The brussel sprout appetizer was good. It was certainly a uniquely prepared dish. Fortunately, there was an elevator as the restaurant was up. It was a rather expensive restaurant and we would recommend it probably for a special occasion or a date night. It has a beautiful atmosphere.

We had the pleasure to host a private event at Crabtree and could not have been happier! They were so easy to work during planning, and even open to 30 minutes early to our timing. Food, custom cocktails and service was incredible.

Ambiance and setting is very outstanding. Great for special occasions and big parties. However the Corn Beef Hash was the worst I?ve ever had. Potatoes were mainly undercooked, corn beef was over cooked. It looked liked it was recooked or sat under heat too long. The worst part was the Hollandaise sauce. I just couldn?t finish eating this. The horseradish was over powering. I didn?t have time to ask for something different and I did not insist on a discount or refund. I hope the cooks will relook at this recipe. I will try it again and see if I find a dish I like.
