Carvel - Poughkeepsie

I just called and the staff were extremely rude on the phone. They couldn?t answer a simple question without giving extreme attitude. This was only a half hour after they opened as well. So it wasn?t like they had a long stressful day. They seem like they really hate their lives and jobs and have horrible customer service

Horrible. We came on a Sunday, 4/25/21 at around 5:30. Person behind the counter was clearly in a rush and didn?t want to be there. Ordered two Carvelanches which were pathetically made. The small wasn?t even filled 3/4 of the way and the large was filled with what looks like was a small. When questioned about the size, we were told, ?all of them have the same amount of ice cream.? So why am I paying for a large when a small has the same amount of ice cream? Literally ended

I'm out of town, they don't have carvel, but when I come here, I always come here! I love her soft servier with sprinkles. good quality ice cream. service was also good. we went on Wednesday, it was buy, a Sunday get a free. partitur!

My wife went in to purchase a cake for our sons birthday, the man behind the counter was on the phone and did a great job of ignoring us. After a few minutes he finally acknowledged us and said it would be a while before we would get served, I would like to point out we were the only people in the store. He seemed shocked when we said we were leaving. Walked out with our cake, you may have a great product but customer service is everything. Will be a long time if ever before I go back.

I loved this place as a kid and still love it as an adult. Service is excellent and everything is delicious.
