Hard workers and fast service. Large, authentic food with an owner watching over his business to ensure that no shortcuts are taken. Give me what I expected and what I came for, and I will be back again and again.

They were so very busy. BUT they made sure everyone felt welcomed and never rushed! And the food is AMAZING 100 Stars.

Palermo's is really good, some of the best Italian food I've ever had to be honest. Prices seem fair, not too crazy for most things I'd say. Their food always gives me heartburn though, but that's probably mostly due to me being an out of shape fat lug. Their strombolis are the best I've ever had and their hoagies are big chunky boys and taste great. As far as service, they're all usually really nice and pretty quick at making the food, so overall, great place. If you want some good Italian and are in the area, I'd recommend them.

Great food, notices some changes with menu items due to new staff, but good Italian cuisine. Just something is that they are only cash (at the hotel)

Great service, food was really good. The garlic knots are the size of softballs. Crab cakes are pure crabs, like no filler. Will definitely return
