Hello Patrick, hello Robert, I could really freak out with enthusiasm! The Ceado E37S is a dream of a mill and my so far best investment in relation to Caffè! The coffee now tastes so delicious sweet and balanced! The extraction with the bottomless screen carrier looks like in the picture book quite uniform, centered flow, tiger strips, no splashes, no tines, no channeling, no clogged sieves! I don't even have to use the WDT anymore because the grinding stock is so well distributed and lands directly in the screen carrier without lumps. The wet puck is no longer hanging on the shower screen. I still can't believe it! For three years I have fought to achieve these goals! And then the Ceado and BUMM... rich and fat running coffee and Crema come into the cup. Right, really horny!! For me a new espresso era has begun!!
