Baskin Robbins - Potomac

This is a good location for Baskin Robbins in the area. Staff are generally younger school children or new graduates. They do a good job to help customers, but sometimes the service leaves a bit desired. Sitting inside is limited in view of social distancing policies, but they have some tables outside the store. Ice is good, but expensive, but that will be a norm in the environment. Whatever part of the paycheck remains after Whole Foods Shopping in summer will buy ice cream for children! Parking in this shopping strip can be a pain in the shops here.

I've been here for 25 years. Great customer service from the staff owner. They rent young people from our area and train them well to provide friendly, professional, customer-oriented service! Once I even asked about my favorite ice cream (rum raisin) that was not for sale at the time, and she went on the back scoop it for my ice sunflower! I LOVE their sunflowers, especially with rum-ray ice cream and also LOVE their vanilla malt shakes. Both things are difficult to come elsewhere, so I'm glad I can get it here in my neighborhood!

Your customer service is really excellent. Very friendly staff. Once I ordered online and had withdrawn because of the work. They usually close at 10:00 a.m. at night and called me to let me know they're waiting for me. I was there at 10:30 and it was the owner who waited for me for 30 minutes. That goes beyond and beyond. Thank you.

This is the best ice cream in the area. The mall management here is garbage to let her go.

Very big clean store and great variety with cakes. Has the biggest selection of flavors I've seen and they do photo cakes too! Offer allergy free cakes and gluten free as well.
