The Wellness Post Falls

The quality has changed drastically. Also, I agree with the other reviews about customer service. She acted annoyed at the the window and handed me a printed paper on a clipboard without a place to sign and only to tip. Also, all of my fruit was frozenand the bowl was runny. So strange because this place used to be fantastic and I was a regular.

I'm super bummed. Usually wellness bar is a very tasty but expensive splurge for me that i am always happy with. I got my acai bowl this morning after paying $13.50 for it and it was about 3/4 full. I know the economy is rough right now and all businessesare cutting corners but to pay almost $15 and not even get the full amount is frustrating. Probably won't be back for a while:

Food and smoothies are amazing, but the strangest customer service. They don?t ever smile. Today the girl taking my order today wouldn?t even look me in the eye. It was like it was an inconvenience to have to take my order lol. So strange, but fabsmoothies and the loaded Avocado ???? waffle ???? is bomb.

They have lots of different items to try. Coffee, smoothies, food, acai bowls, drinks. I was hot after running and a smoothie was on my mind. I am going to try their coffee next and see how it is. The smoothie I got was good.

I stopped by the wellness bar around 4pm yesterday, and the girl that was helping me was the absolute friendliest employee I have ever encountered at this location. I wish I would have gotten her name, but she was brunette and wearing a baseball cap.I?ve never felt more welcomed at this location specifically
