Fleur de Sel - Post Falls

What a fantastic French restaurant with absolutely delicious options for entrees and appetizers. Customer service is above average compared to most restaurants. The interior aesthetic is charming and romantic that makes this place perfect for date nights. The acoustics are also perfect to keep conversations without much effort to hear the other person over the table. I tried the Berkshire pig, salmon, octopus and shrimp. All dishes were pretty good and full of taste.

Obviously the best cook and staff in the area. A small, high ending place with great food and incredibly friendly staff. We were brought from the relatives we visited in the area. They visit almost weekly and were welcomed as friends. Not sure what to recommend as the whole food was great, and the menu seems to change over time.

The owners treated us so well in class, even when we arrived in motorcycle equipment. The tempura escargot and the risotto was from this world!

Wonderful experience, great atmosphere, food was amazing! Servers were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Owners work there and take care of their guests.

The fois gras was surprisingly smooth and delicious. Our dinners were uniquely different with dishes like sweetbreads offered. The pork bellies were too fatty for me. But the best part of dinner were the desserts YUMMY!!
