Domino's Pizza - Post Falls

Terrible customer service, have had a few experiences where my order will take up to 2 hours to be completed for 2 or less pizzas. The employees act like everything is a joke when you call to get any answers. Do not recommend this store at all.

Worst customer service ever. Took 2 hours for 2 pizzas on a Monday night with a tip and $5 delivery charge. Was not notified of any long wait times. Called to complain. Was told to get stuffed by Asa.

Twice I've had the misfortune of having food prepared here because I was in their delivery area. The food is terrible! In my last order, both pizzas did not have the toppings I paid for. One had a distinct flavor that is NOT how Domino's should taste to the point that I threw it away and ate a peanut butter sandwich. Recent orders from other locations just a few miles away were as ordered and delicious. I'm not sure what the problem is , but others have told me of similar problems. I'm not in the habit of leaving negative reviews, but I'm done with this place!! I wouldn't take a free pizza from this location. My mouth deserves better! Order at your own risk...They should loose their franchise cuz they're doing damage to the good name of Dominos Pizza ! ! !

So I can here and they are listening to heavy metal music very loudly, I order and then the guy said after I ordered “ Oh we are not taking any orders and then point to the screen. Because they wanted to catch up “1 I wish my place said oh we aren’t taking orders don’t we can’t because that’s not store policy)2 having that kind of very loud music Is ok ?I didn’t know they could turn away a customer just because they wanted to catch up

Ordered by phone at 10:30pm on a Friday night. Showed up to the store at 10:45 only to be told that they stopped accepting new orders and that they never made my pizza. Even though they took the order over the phone 15 minutes prior. And they're listed as being open til 1am. Absolutely infuriating. Lost me as a customer.
