Del Taco - Post Falls

This location must be under new management because I had the best burrito I've ever gotten here and I've been coming here a long time. I think Del Taco has the best value for product of all fast food franchises and I'm delighted to see the quality of the product improving at this location. Good job!

I ordered #1 with the two tacos and when I opened it, it was almost ALL CHEESE. When I went up to ask them to remake it or add some meat the two employees became very defensive and just said talk to corporate. There was absolutely no attempt at making it right. I ended up having to pay for extra meat just to have some sort of meat in my tacos. I was very disappointed in the service. All I was asking was for some meat in my tacos. It was literally a taco shell with a skiff of meat and filled to the top with cheese.

This place is painfully slow, understaffed and terrible customer service. Our order was completely wrong, and we sat in the drive thru for 21 minutes. Insane.

I was 9 months pregnant and my vehicle broke down in the parking lot Angela single handedly came out in negative temperatures and tried to fix it.... She was unable to so she lent my husband her porche 911 to make sure we got to the hospital ok!! We did and baby del Angela was born that evening?

Went to PF Del Taco 1/27 around 1pm. All lobby doors were locked, no sign of explanation and no one came to answer the door. The drive thru seemed to be open with a line that wasn’t moving and wrapped around the building. If you’re a chain restaurant and only offer drive up food, no lobby service and no place to sit, at least have the decency to notify the public, shame on you. We won’t be back.
