Costa - Portsmouth

I stopped by for a quick drink and ended up staying longer than planned. The cafe isn't the best, but it's tidy. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, willing to help with anything.

Disgusted and waited half an hour to be served two members of staff and phone orders Took priority and customers will have stood waiting disgusting

We visited on Monday morning last week at 11am The girl behind the counter had her mask under her chin Very hygienic...not! I went to use the toilet it was awful. No toilet paper. Bin overflowing water all over the floor. Obviously had not been checked by the staff Will not be returning

By far the best coffee for the best price and size. The staff are kind and friendly and always willing to help. Ive been going here for over 15yrs since the doors opened..

The wife was shopping so we needed to occupy ourselves. Had a latte. Coffee was nice, service was quick especially as it was busy. Plenty of table space and clean. Boys had soft drinks, I think maybe increasing the choice of kids drinks would be good. Overall not too shabby
