Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Portsmouth

A month ago I unknowingly left my wallet at the store. By the time I realized I lost it, I figured it was gone for good since it had been lost for a month. At the register buying smoothies one night, an employee recognized my face and asked me if I left a wallet there. I told her I did and she asked me my name before she gave me my wallet. She put it away behind the counter hoping to see me again. All of my things and my money were still in my wallet safe and secure. She told me she never took anything out. I bless the Lord for her, the crew and the manager. What great integrity this store has!!! In a world where good is often overlooked because of evil, I had to shine light on the employees at this store who are doing good. It's a blessing to see businesses still operating with high standards, morals and Christian values. If you're looking for integral employees and an integral manager, go to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe at Victory Crossing. Well done good and faithful servants!

The young lady managing the lunch shift on 7/16/20, Grace, deserves a raise! She is a hustler, super polite, and stays focused even in the weeds!

Update: 5/24/22 I decided to give Tropical smoothie another attempt. I wasn't disappointed! I ordered a chicken Cesar packaging and it was delicious! I ordered the cheese quesadilla and was extremely shocked what I got. It was very small for the price I paid and cold when I received it. The smoothie is very good and super taste.

Order for delivery on 19. March, order never arrived. Store never called back to follow and I have not received any refund yet. I called the company 4 times and repeatedly said the refund is the processing. It's been a month since a refund doesn't last so long. Someday it's over!

My husband and I just stopped here and it was horrible. We were standing at the counter and waiting for someone to take our order forever. Then we got our smoothies they tasted down and really bad. We're not coming back to this place. Time and money.
