I finally found a real Corsican inn. fanfan, the boss, and his wife angèle, remain faithful to Corsican traditions by offering a cuisine typical of the region. the proposed products are local and of good quality. For starters, the pastis is at €1.50 and the well-dominated whisky is at €5! Pizzas are made on site by a cook dedicated to this task. They are cooked in a heated wood oven. All are delicious! The jeanne served is super efficient and always with a smile. It's a place to mark on every tablet. My wife, my friends and I spent very good moments of conviviality every visit. a table I recommend.
