Santo Antônio is my favorite bar in Arraial D'ajuda and I have been there since its opening. They just started a new menu with Fine Steaks and my favorite Prime Rib in the world. The waitress proposed an Italian Cabernet Sauvignon, which was delicious with the meal. The melted cheese appetizer was amazing, but my favourite was the marinated mushrooms. Such delicate aromas to welcome the arrival of the main dish. They never asked me how I wanted to cook it, but I guess his only way to have it. I was blown away from the presentation, and the meat was simple mouth irrigation delicate perfection with the perfect amount of essential spices. Decoration is a light word to describe this meal. Arraial D'ajuda is known for its health-conscious restaurants, but if you want something more plentiful, there is no other place. The food has almost totally distracted me from the atmosphere, but it is worth mentioning that the decor is eclectic and they always seem to win the best local musicians, whether its Forro, Samba or Bosa Nova. If you want to get a hip atmosphere of the city on weekends, this is the place. The locals usually hang out here, but when you visit, it is definitely a must to see more than ever with their extended heart.
Great live music and great food! So good mood! I will spread the word!
Great spot to have a good cocktail and some solid food. The picanha was some of the best I've had!
