Best steak that I have ever had. The service was excellent. I give the atmosphere a 4/5 rating only because one of the speakers that played the dinner music was blown and thus the sound distorted, otherwise the atmosphere was excellent.

Restaurante incrível desde a recepção até a saída! Fomos recebidos com um sorriso de advertência de Jéssica e uma bebida de boas-vindas enquanto esperávamos que nossa mesa ficasse pronta. O serviço foi brilhantemente prestado pelo Bernardino, dando-nos excelentes conselhos sobre o que pedir sempre com paciência e um sorriso e uma abordagem muito calorosa e amigável, fazendo-nos sentir como em casa, rodeados de velhos amigos. A comida é divina, perfeitamente preparada, simplesmente a melhor! A equipe está 100% focada em oferecer a melhor comida e experiência. Você não vai se decepcionar ao pedir qualquer coisa do cardápio, tudo é incrível e é a melhor churrascaria que conhecemos na região e uma das melhores do país. Como sabiam que éramos clientes antigos que regressavam de uma longa ausência e que era um jantar de celebração, ofereceram-nos um acompanhamento adicional e uma sobremesa extra, um gesto muito atencioso e encantador. Um enorme obrigado ao Bernardino que foi absolutamente brilhante e elevou a nossa experiência, ele é super simpático, simpático e profissional, mas também à Rosa que também foi muito atenciosa e simpática e à Bruna e à Jéssica, a melhor equipa que se pode pedir, elas vão acima e além para lhe proporcionar a melhor experiência!

Boa comida e excelente vinho por recomendação, o serviço é muito atencioso e o ambiente é elegante, de alta qualidade e faz você se sentir bem. É uma pena que o horário estivesse disponível, então a entrada estava na mesa imediatamente após o pedido, algo que você só consegue em restaurantes gregos na Alemanha.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at MUU Steakhouse. I attempted to make a reservation for two people at 7:30 PM the same day via email as their phone was unavailable. At 4 PM, I followed up with a call and was informed that the earliest available reservation was for 10 PM, which I accepted. I also requested to be placed on the waitlist if any cancellations occurred. At 8 PM, I passed by the restaurant and inquired about the possibility of dining earlier. Unfortunately, they informed me that they were fully booked and reiterated my 10 PM reservation. I proceeded to take a walk with a friend. At 8:40 PM, I received multiple missed calls from the restaurant, since I had my phone on No Disturb Mode, presumably to inform me of an earlier seating availability. However, I did not notice the calls until 9:30 PM. I immediately attempted to return their calls and messages but received no response. Upon arriving at the restaurant at 9:40 PM, I was shocked to discover that my reservation had been cancelled and given to another party. This was utterly unacceptable considering I had repeatedly confirmed my reservation and had already accepted the latest available time slot. My overall experience at MUU Steakhouse was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of communication and disregard for my reservation was unacceptable, and I would strongly advise anyone considering dining there to reconsider.

Spectacular experience. Not only was the food delicious but the way they treat their patrons goes beyond anything I have experienced . Not a stuffy formal politeness . They sit down next to you and make you feel like you are a valued friend. Each member of the staff works together to pull this off so that the customer leaves feeling satiated but like they are saying goodbye to a friend, ensuring they will come back. We really appreciated the fun personalities. As they said “ no question is stupid “ to make you really feel comfortable . As for the food. OMG delicious. We had one seafood starter which was so delicious we literally drank the broth off the razor clam shells! You are greeted with a glass of champagne, 2 beef croquettes , 2 types of fresh baked rolls with an herbal garlic butter and a truffle butter. Our main waiter helped select a marbelized cut of Portuguese beef 900 g, spinach and Parmesan. Crispy potato pie they called roasted potatoes. . A bottle of white wine , and he selected a decadent chocolate dessert consisting of chocolate cake, Icecream, ganache and shavings. The bill was about $140 euro . Well worth it despite being on the pricier side. With this kind of attention to detail, respect for your customers and incredible quality of food , I’d do it again in a heartbeat . I paid almost as much in Porto for restaurants trying very hard to impress and failed. MUU you will forever be etched in my mind as one of the best meals ever and it was worth raising my cholesterol for your food and service. I mean who hugs their waiter ?? But there it felt natural!
