Bidra med feedbackThis was such an amazing experience. The vibes were great, the food was excellent, and the staff were so nice. We had one sushi roll each, an order of gyoza, sake jelly shots, and some complimentary kimchi and edemame. It was the perfect place to escape the rain.
It would of been great if the service was decent. We ordered a bunch of apps for the table to start and got the first two 20 min apart but were left waiting for 30-40 minutes before any other food came out to the point the it was past closed. The waitress never checked on us and we had to flag her down when we finally did see her and ask about our apps and she asked well what are you still waiting on like everything pretty much so they definitely lost our order and rushed to make it which sucks cause we were wanting to still order entrees after the apps but weren 't able to since it was far past close at that point. We got there at 7:30 and were sat at 8 so there should of been a decent amount of time to eat before 9pm. It was also just curious to me why no one checked on our group for 40 min if we were still sitting there past close, like not to ask if we wanted the bill or to please leave or anything. It extra sucks because we were extremely hungry after a full day at the convention center and had to leave hungry after only being able to eat some appetizers.
Love this spot. They make the best vegan udon in town and the staff is super kind. I highly recommend it!
As a Japanese person, I usually get disappointed with the Japanese food in the U.S, but this restaurant was authentic Japanese food. It was the best one encountered in my 9 years living outside of Japan. Would recommend if you are looking for an authentic Japanese food.FYI, the one I ordered was rotating lunch.
Headed to this spot after realizing where we wanted to go was closed, and I’ve never been so happy that a favorite restaurant isn’t open on Sundays. This place is fire flames. Cute lil cozy atmosphere with great big lovely windows on one side and a sushi bar on the other. The prices are phenomenal so we grabbed misubi, a couple hand rolls, edamame, two noodle dishes and mochi ice cream all for under $80. Like, say less fam. I’m there. I’m invested. I am bought in. Fish was superior quality and I say that as someone who is an amateur sushi-eating professional. Will be coming back here in the near future, probably this week. But not tomorrow because they’re closed Mondays.
