The food and beer were pretty good, but the service was missing. I get the QR order, but I expect a server to come by and ask the basic question how it goes? Can I answer questions about the menu? We put a server in our order and dropped the food and literally turned and left. Never asked Is this all or can I bring you something else? or when eating How's it going? or on the table's side pushed off foam plates. I waited tables and I expect an interaction and understand the challenges of the service. The place was not busy and we were not very needy. I felt like we did everything, but cooking the food. Hopefully, the chefs get some of the tips.
Seems like the bad reviews are people who do not like to order with ToastTab, we never have big problems with him and usually prefer it as it is our order(s) in as fast as we want and very easy to add or order another beer etc. The food was simply incredible, the BBQ Wings, the Pork Belly and the Korean dead were excellent!
The cloby QR code system to order online with a shared online menu is an anger with a big group and no one comes by to help navigate. We had to hand over my phone for each person. Too bad because the food was good. But I'm not sure if I come back if they don't have a better system. Looks like a Covid stop they should get rid of. Good place to take young children because of the high ceilings and space. We had a OT reservation, but they never checked us.
Food was a mix. Mostly very good. The cocktails were bad, suppose that’s not their specialty though
