Umami Burger - Portland

Only order here if you like your food delivered cold. It's a ghost kitchen so getting it in person is a non starter as well.

This was probably the most disappointing Uber eats delivery I've ever had. Every item was made wrong. The fries were cold and bland. My soda was missing, the extra sides and toppings that I paid for were not there. Thankfully, Uber eats gave us a full refund, but we'll never be ordering from here again since no special instructions were even read and no one checked to make sure there weren't any items missing.

The food was not bad, not great. Tastes like Burger King and was a bit cold from sitting in the window. Forgot all the sauces we ordered but the employees were just sitting there. It's a bit harder to find as they are in a dark corner and not much around them. Meh.

Umami Burgers? More like give me back my money burgers.Completely gross, burnt, over sauced nasty burgers. I mean, I get that they’re smash burgers but wow.They also feature sams dog food chicken and some ramen I’m not brave enough to try. If you can’t get smash burgers right then I don’t wanna see what other hot garbage you can serve.

Everything was wonderful . Sweet potatoes fries could of been more crispy but that's what air fryers are for. They were good though . The truffle fries were delish . They were crisp on outside but like a mash on inside . Loved it! The Texas burger my husband ate was really good all the right ingredients combined . I had the Ktown burger (pork belly) and was not so impressed with presentation because it was nothing like the pictures posted . It lacked veggies and and there was only 2 pieces of pork belly . It didn't compliment the burger at all to have the patty with the pork belly . It took away the flavor and I didn't taste the pork belly . However , I took out the pork belly to try it and it was AMAZING ! Had so much flavor and texture was done so well . The sauces are unique and nothing too crazy but was a plus . The truffle ketchup is highly recommended .
