Starbucks - Portland

Clean, fast, efficient, no line when we arrived great drinks!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations to come to. The employees are always so pleasant and genuine, their drinks taste delicious and they are always have plenty of food options available. I come here for a quick mobile order pick up, to sit for a relaxing break, meeting with a friend and for web meetings every time it's always a good experience.

Consistent, but line length can vary. This is a busy spot downtown, and can have lengthy lines in the morning. That said, this location makes good on the Starbucks brand. Consistent quality, friendly service, and employees that understand the morning Rush. A good location for the chain, but still delivering chain food and coffee.

Solid Starbucks. My go-to coffee location on work days in downtown Portland. Better service than some of the other Starbucks in downtown. Very reliable, staff is usually friendly, get to know you after a bit. All you are looking for from a Starbucks franchise.

This was a wonderful experience. There was a place to sit so I could eat a few bites of food and charge my phone before catching the MAX. I ordered my matcha latte through the app so I would have more time to eat, but when I got to the counter, my 'lightly steamed ' tea was iced! This happened the day before at another location and it is because of what prints out on the sticker. The lovely lady was really wonderful about the mix up and made my drink hot in a flash. Thank you for being so smooth about it. Positive energy is a wonderful thing, especially in the morning, even better than tasty pumpkin spice coconut lattes.
