Red Lobster Tigard - Portland

The waiting list is meaningless. we have to wait longer and longer when we go to this place.

Good food. that was waiting too long. we were on the waiting list and waited another hour.

Had much more options than simply lobster even more choices from the side, the other place.

Server is good. the coworkers of the reception were terrible. I had a senior seat on 10-8 at 18:30. When I checked in at 18:30, the hired person told me it was about 5-10 minutes waiting. I waited until 18:50 and no one called our names. I was quite close to the reception and some people started complaining and some came later than I did without priority seats. because of their complaining they were sitting in front of us, and I told them I've seen at least 6-7 empty tables since I arrived. how is it that they were not meant to sit and wait the people? their explanation was that they were under the rod! They told me my waiting time was now 45 minutes. from 5-10 minutes waiting for more than an hour (I waited 25 minutes there) of what I can see there were 2-4 employees waiting for the reception during my 50 minutes. what they did was only the review of the screens and called people. I can't stand it and complain to the manager. I was assigned to the table that was empty for more than 50 minutes. that's not how it is. when people complain, they take action. that wasn't the first time we had the same experience.

We waited a hour to get our food and they were not even busy.
