Pdx Sliders - Portland

To every employee we talked with or observed at PDX: if you don't enjoy what you do, please try harder to fake it for your customers. Smile. You're in the customer service business.

We ordered 4 sliders with fries and grabbed a seat in the back. The kitchen staff was blasting music as loud or louder than the restaurant music. The staff was chanting and cheering to the kitchen music so loud we struggled to hear each other talk. Not to mention hearing two songs at the same time was an awful experience. There were flies, cobwebs and light bulbs out on most of last the fixtures. Burgers arrived and were good, but not great....and the patties were inconsistent in size and cook temp. The French fries were very, very good...but there was an abundance of other stuff mixed with the fries. Like old burned pieces of batter and older fries. We had changed seats and could tell the tables aren 't getting wiped down. Both places we sat were dirty.

I LOVE this place! They have the most delicious burgers and they fries are the best i've ever had

One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Definitely on my top 5. The food came out very quickly and the frits is enough to feed 4 (if you have a full sandwich). The only drawback is that the bread and the deep fried chicken can get soggy quite quickly. But it is worth returning!

I don't know how often we come? ve come, but I order almost the same burgers, sell wood full page. Always perfectly cooked and juicy. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. They won't be disappointed.
