Bidra med feedbackThe guy at the counter was apathetic and rude..didnt know how to grill bread, was trying to grill the bread with dressing on it...that doesnt make any sense, then when i suggested oil for the grill he sloppily poured out half the container about to soakthe bread. He didnt bother cutting the sandwich in half and was not trying to provide good customer service to me at all. It wasan awful experience, he obviously hates his job or thinks people are underserving of what they are paying for.
Been here many times. This place used to be fast and have friedly diverse workers. I guess all the good workers have found a better paying job with good supervisors some where else. Now you get MacDonalds customer service.
I gave them a 3 because I want to like them a lot. I had a horrible long day and I went in to pick up something to eat around 8:30pm. There was a woman in front of myself and another customer who requested the pickles placed on her sandwich be removed because they had too large of holes in the center, so the nice man behind the counter replaced them with pickles that were adequately filled in , he then put Mayonnaise on her bread and she stated that she said she ONLY wanted mustard when he asked if she wanted Mayo. So he threw the top piece of bread away and got a new piece with no Mayo on it. Once he put the bacon on, she requested that the bacon be removed because it didn 't look the way she wanted it and so that got put in the trash and replaced too. Finally it was my turn to order, and I began my order saying I just wanted the mikes way oil and vinegar on the side, which was not a problem. I stepped over to the side a little bit to compliment the employees on how well they handled the situation, in turn the employee who was working with me decided to take it upon himself to not ask if I wanted bacon or mayonnaise on the club sandwich that I ordered. He just assumed I didn 't want any, I didn 't get a chance to realize the situation entirely because before checking with me he already had my sandwich wrapped up and sitting by the cash register. So I paid $9.65+ tip for a ham and turkey sandwich. In my opinion a club sandwich is a club sandwich because of the bacon. All in all, I know this review won 't make a difference, but I was just disappointed in the entire situation.
I ordered a sandwich online, which for some reason gave me the option to order a day ahead rather than same day... I then went to the restaurant hoping I could pick up it up right there, rather than the next day which makes since. they ended up not giving me anything came up with the excuse that our website is down which is a lie. terrible customer service will not order from the place again. have also seen workers use old gloves that were dirty from the other 100 sandwiches they already made, had to to tell them to put new gloves on to make my food. do not recommen.
I ordered a sub sandwich and had a free coupon for a sub sandwich . The sandwich was made and when I about to pay with the coupon I was told they couldn't accept my coupon because there owner is not participating . The cashier said sorry I can't give it to you for free ..So a sandwich goes to waste instead of just giving it to me . I was given the coupon by another store for prior terrible service . I even told the cashier this is how I expected to pay for sandwich .
