Bidra med feedbackPart of the appeal of why I visited was because it was on DDD. I ordered the wrong items, and didn't get was popular. I got a cheeseburger with fries which was really good. The bun they use is yummy. Also got tomato basil soup. It was so-so, tasted like a cup of prego sauce. I will go back to try the buscuits and gravy and chipped beef.
Went there for lunch today. Nice little place, hard to find parking. Had the chicken pot pie and it was OK. It wasn't really a pot pie it was a bowl of pot pie filling with a giant biscuit on top. There was an incredibly strong taste of pepper and almost no taste of chicken. There was plenty of chicken in it you just couldn't take it for the pepper. The biscuit however was very good. Seems a bit expensive for what you get.
Interesting industrial decor based on the area it is located. The coffee was tasty and breakfast nicely flavored with rosemary and sage herbs. For a breakfast with coffee, juice and food the price was reasonable. Definitely enjoy this place with oversized silverware.
Great spot with a good menu. They grow their own beef and use in their restaurant. Chicken potpie was fantastic with delicious biscuit on top. Meat loaf sandwich was very hearty and delicious. Small interior but hearty food. Staff is very friendly.
A postive review.... My hubby and dog and I LOVE this place. The servers are gracious and caring, and the food is always top notch. We have encountered over the past years a mix of patrions...mostly four star individuals. However, once every so often we find ourselves surrounded by 'full of themselves ' types. I imagine they are the ones with the bad reviews. I tend to react to the situation and have walked away being unhappy with the patrons...not the servers or the meal. We drive 20 miles to eat here...breakfast, lunch and dinner...and will continue to do so given the superior service and food.<br/ <br/ Our dog Chloe is also a big fan of this restaurant as she eats outside with us... weather permitting... and enjoys the special attention she gets from the wait staff. So, we all are thrilled with the service, atmosphere and food and will continue to be big fans.
