Godfather's Pizza Tigard - Portland

I want to start by saying that we have visited this restaurant many times and have always received excellent service and food. The food we had tonight was delicious as usual, but we were extremely disappointed with the service we received. We ordered a large pizza, a small order of breadsticks, and 2 orders of wings with dipping sauces. My husband picked up the order and brought it home, only to realize that one of the orders of wings was missing. He returned to the restaurant and was told that both orders were in one box, but there were definitely not two orders worth of wings in there. Instead of trying to rectify the mistake, they sent us away without the missing food. To make matters worse, I had already paid for the pizza online, but my husband paid for it again. So we ended up paying double and still didn't receive our complete order. This experience was a total disappointment and we will not be returning. The restaurant's organization is as chaotic as a soup sandwich.

I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes before closing, unaware of the time. I was feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Unfortunately, it was too late to order when I arrived, but the manager noticed my distress. She understood the challenges of a busy mom with teenagers and events that run late. With compassion, she asked what I wanted and placed an order for two pizzas. Her kindness restored my faith in people. My family and I will definitely be ordering from this Godfather's Pizza again. Not only do they show compassion, but their pizza is delicious too!

Went here with my family after telling them how great their food was just to have to leave the store because of their extremely poor customer service, employees don?t greet you, or invite you in, when we went to place the order the two employees last nightaugust 26th we?re super rude, felt a unwelcoming, very hostile environment, even racist, don?t let bad attitude kids run yourstores very clear. When we left due to bad service the delivery guy waved my family goodbye smiling, the only interaction we gotfrom those people and it was sarcasm. Do not recommend going to this location at all, however the forest grove location has themost sweet and nice people.

Godfather's serves delicious golden crust pizza! Their breadsticks are also tasty, especially with extra garlic butter. It's a shame they reduced the size of the dining area, but there are still a few tables available. Additionally, they offer draft beer and cider options.

I paid for a super taco pizza and got a regular taco pizza instead because they don't have the ingredients. When I asked for hot sauce I was told they had been out for over year because the owner stopped ordering it. Despite the sadness of watching one ofmy favorite restaurants from childhood completely give up, this is great news for my diet at least.
