Fressen Artisan Bakery And Cafe

My family and I adore this bakery. The food is delicious and the space is very family friendly. Especially the patio! We love the Bavarian croissants, the brioche, the pretzels, the fruit danishes...it's all delicious!

Such a treasure to have this in the neighborhood! Exceptionally delicious meals if you can dine in; this is a no-brainer for brunch and I keep an eye on their social media to see when they occasionally do dinners. Great selection of baked goods for grab and go, too. Interior is lovely.

For coffee it is just okay. I came here pre COVID and I remember it being one of the best lattes, but now when I went back it was not up to parr, especially for PDX. The pastry was good but others in the area are just as good (maybe better but I'd have to try more) but with better coffee. I'm hoping I'm wrong and maybe it was just an off day. I will try again and update accordingly.

Food is amazing the breakfast sandwich with the pretzel bun ? wow! Great service.. coffee is amazing.. and wait till you see the sweets... I'm definitely gonna get a waffle next weekend!

My wife, mother-in-law and I stopped here recently. They both decided to have lunch and were very happy with their meals. I had a coffee, as I cannot gave dairy and most everything they offered contained dairy. Very cool place… the family enjoyed it.
