Ben Esther's Vegan Jewish Deli

Had an egg/cheese bagel, we came too early to get the greasy, but the sandwich was amazing anyway. I can't wait to go back!

When New Yorker moved to the west coast 20 years ago and became vegan 4 years ago, this place is fantastic! Will definitely come back! The Knish was great and my favorite vegan rueben!

Delicious bacon, egg and cheese bagel Sammie on an all bagel amazing! I literally wanted to try everything on the menu. A challah cinnamon roll at home for later!

Ben and esther have merged some of the best (vegan) bagel sandwiches in portland (or in this university). I recommend each of their eiersandwiches, but Steak-Ei and cheese is my favorite. the latkes are also the next stage!

Coming from NY I wasn’t expecting to love my BEC on a bagel as much as I did. I had mine on a salt bagel and it was incredible. My sister had a sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel and loved it. My other sister had the cream cheese veggie sandwich on an everything bagel and also enjoyed very much.
