Bandini's - Portland

We were impressed with the exceptional COVID-19 safety measures in place at this restaurant. Hailing from Vancouver, we were in search of a new, authentic Italian dining experience and we found just that. The fettuccine carbonara was outstanding and we have no doubt that this will become our new go-to spot.

You have an excellent work on coronavirus protection and security. We came from Vancouver. Looking for a new authentic Italian restaurant. This will be our new favorite. Fatuccine carbonara was excellent.

There is a bar entrance and a restaurant entrance and of course I went to the bar side. At first I thought. But I just rolled with it. Noticing the blue grass music playing in an Italian restaurant, my mind starts churning and in the mood I said ok, a little funky but hey. I'm in Portland for the next days. In any case, you could say that the cooking staff is very proud of their food and presentation. I'm sure you go back.

Upon entering the restaurant, I accidentally walked into the bar side first. Initially, I was taken aback but decided to go with the flow. Despite the unexpected bluegrass music playing in an Italian restaurant, I found myself getting into the vibe and thought, "why not, I'm in Portland for a few days." It was evident that the kitchen staff put great care into their dishes and presentation. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
